The one above is good, but nothing beats this one. NOTHING.

I've used it off and on for 2 years and its still gets me pumped.

    Diplo's Special Mix 4 U (aka I Like Turtles)
    (NSFW - language)

Diplo is one of today's biggest producer-remixers. He has worked extensively with M.I.A. and Santigold.

This has been my favourite for 6 months or more. It has a great tempo for working out and awesome tracks from years back and just recently.

His excellent podcast is available here.

    Tracklist:
    01. I Like Turtles
    02. Mr. Vegas: Lean Wit It
    03. M.I.A. [ft. Bun B and Rich Boy]: Paper Planes
    04. Schooly D: Gucci Time
    05. Yeah Yeah Yeahs: Rockers to Swallow
    06. Jellybean: Sidewalk Talk
    07. Belle Stars: Iko Iko
    08. Scala & Kolacny Brothers: Heartbeats
    09. Diplo & Switch [ft. Elephant Man]: East, West (Remix)
    10. Nirvana: Drain You / Huey: Pop, Lock & Drop It
    11. Marc Houle: Bay of Figs (Ward 21 Mix)
    12. DJ Tamiel: Bump Like This
    12.5 Hollertronix: Betty
    13. Queen [ft. David Bowie]: Under Pressure
    14. Eddie Money: Take Me Home Tonight
    15. Soulja Boy: Crank Dat Superman
    16. Bat for Lashes: What's a Girl to Do (Break)
    17. DJ Shadow: Organ Donor (Sandrinho Remix)
    18. Diplo & Switch [ft. Beenie Man]: Solta Frango
    19. Mr. Vegas: Hot Fuk (Diplo Mix)
    20. Enur [ft. Natasja]: Calabria (2007 mix)
    21. Spoon: Paper Tiger
    22. Circle Children: Zulu
    23. M.I.A. [ft Akon]: Boyz Remix (Hi Powered Boyz Get Down)

Girl Talk, the dj (not the crap jazz stuff that's on iTunes). You can go to Girl Talk's website and buy his remixes for whatever you feel is fair price. Only downside is the songs/albums are quite short, about 30 minutes.

Just to be clear, both of my posts include links to download the mixes mentioned.
(Not that there's an obligation for everyone else to include download links, I just want to point out mine out.)

    My latest Ipod Playlist

    Fugazi - Waiting Room
    Slayer - Disciple
Rollins - Low Self Opinion (live)
Nine Inch Nails - Where Is Everybody
    Misfits - Where Eagles Dare
    Linkin Park - Given Up
    Skinny Puppy - Death
    Fugazi - Facet Squared
    Cro Mags - Jones
    Vandals - I Can't Wait
    Rollins - Monster
    Black Flag - Rise Above
    Slayer - World Painted Blood
Nine Inch Nails - Somewhat Damaged
    Rammstein - Du Hast
Vandals - People That Are Going To Hell
Linkin Park - Bleed It Out
    Rammstein - Ohne Dich
    Cro Mags - My Life

Well that little lot gives me a heavy and fast soundtrack, for my weights programme, I need something heavy to get me amped
Give them nothing! But, take from them everything!

I really prefer metalcore or melodic death metal for working out ^^ August Burns Red, As I lay Dying, Disarmonia Mundi.... It just gets me SO pumped and allows me to push past failure lol. Really important for me when working out alone, when I train HIT in my club theres a trainer and the other trainees pushing ma butt :P

The conversation always seems to divide along these lines; those who chose aggressive, angry music and those who choose funk and dance. I am firmly in the latter camp.
