I take vit E and D along with mag and potassium. Honestly, changing over to primal and raising my fat intake has helped my skin a lot! I no longer end the day with painful burning skin because it's so dry. Moisturizing and consuming coconut oil has helped tons. We have well water here.
My skin IS getting better, but nothing changes over night. Im loving the olive oil on my face. I'll probably add a touch of castor oil come summer when im sweating and become more oily.
I have heard about the gelatin. Havent gotten around to doing research or purchasing yet, but it's on the list. My fresh goat milk is amazing! I reccomend everyone try it out as a toner.
Ive been reading a bit more about water only bathing. I think Im going to try it starting Monday. I already go 3 days without bathing now, due to the severity of my dryness in the winter. Thanks for reminding me about gelatin- oh and my showers are typically luke warm. Hot water doesnt agree with me either.

I've gone back to my usual products for my face (which were working fine) and am looking to buy some specialised ones to help with the damage. And there's always botox... (I wish I was kidding
