    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    For my diet I use a 40% protein 35% fat and 25% carb ratio in a 2200 calorie a day diet. I eat all a lot of chicken, lean beef, lots of broccoli and carrots. Also 2 servings of fruit a day. lots of mixed nuts and peanut butter. Every morning I have a 60g protein whey shake with skim milk and serving of strawberries and blueberries all blended together. Also I eat a serving of mixed nuts with sea salt. for lunch I eat a serving of 4% cottage cheese a serving of peanut butter and a high fiber whole wheat wrap with 8 ounces of skinless chicken. depending on when I work out Ill have some fast acting carbs and a little protein. Dinner which would be my post work out meal always have 1 pound of veggies. my dinners are always different, sometimes its chicken, sometimes lean beef with out the bun, chief salads etc..

    I work out heavy 6x a week using a push/pull routine. Monday:chest,shoulders,triceps Tuesday:Legs,abs Wednesday:Biceps,back,forarms Repeat sunday:Off I always do dead lifts on back day.

    Awesome it looks like you have it down to a science ! Very motivational the only thing I'm lacking at this point is lifting heavy !! But I'm gonna change that soon thanks for all the info and motivation

    little update. 10 lbs lost in the last 4 weeks of cutting. another 10lbs to go.

    Thank you. I get lots of people asking me how I did it. I tell everyone the same thing. Consistency and you have to have a real reason on why you want to do it.
