    I have a 29 inch waist right now, not sure if it can get much smaller. My arms are only 16.5 inches

    Good for you on all aspects of this. Being somewhat older and having my kids in my thirties is a huge motivator for me. The idea I may be dead before they are forty isn't really acceptable.
    I find your lack of bacon disturbing.
