    I don't know if the Arrowhead Mills is certified gluten-free. But yeah something to look into if one is looking for simple unadulterated puffy cereal

    I just looked up arrowhead mills. their puffed rice cereal isn't listed under their "Gluten Free" options and neither are there corn puffed cereal.

    weird.

    My kid loves rice krispies. She doesn't eat them often enough for me to sweat it, though. It's a mom's-too-busy-to-cook-and-we're-out-of-hard-boiled-eggs breakfast around here.

    I eat them on occasion...a 20% kinda thing. Peanut butter panda puffs= heaven.

    oh dear lord. i never even thought of this. I have some crisps in the pantry right now and a tub of toonie moonie marshmallow creme. fuck it im making some.
