    Great progress! I often get a similar response when I tell people I only lost 20lbs. And recently my DH said he thought I was losing too fast... nope, haven't lost a pound since beginning of Dec!

    and why, again, wouldn't you call yourself a success story? HUge difference. You may have *only* lost 10# but your body composition is definitely changing. xxx

    Good work! You may have gained some muscle as well, so the 10 pound of weightloss may not tell the whole story of what's going on in your body...

    I guess I am a success story My body is changing for the better thanks to primal!

    1st post showed a 10lb loss, this time around only 7 lbs. I still have a ways to go, but happy with progress I'm making. I started primal in August 2012, so almost at my 1 year anniversary. Hope to post another update in Sept showing what a difference a year makes!

    Edit: March-present I have put most of my focus on weight lifting. Heavy weights, low reps. Pretty much dropped all 'cardio", like the boot-camp style workouts, but do a lot more slow moving activities like hiking, biking, swimming, or the fun outdoor stuff and do it for hours at a time! I have also increased my carbs from <50 to 50-100 a day.

    also...pictures from photobucket still confuse me, so sorry if it's overkill of same picture!!
