Hey! I feel like we're kind of on the same boat. I don't have as much to lose and have already been primal for a year and a half, but I too turn 21 in July and want to look good this summer. My problem is I just eat too much. Eating has kind of become my hobby, and that has given me at least 15 lbs that I don't need. Because I have the compulsion to overeat anytime I start eating, my plan is to lose weight by intermittent fasting so that I only have one big meal, instead of 2-3 big ones. Awesome job finding what is affecting you (the cheese) - though I know it is delicious! The best of luck!
Also, maybe you can slowly work on eliminating the diet sodas and coffees? Artificial sugar is horrible for anyone's health.
P.S. I know wine is good, but alcohol realllllly affects weight loss. Enjoy it now and then if you need to, but having it a few times a week will make reaching your goal a lot slower.
P.S.S. My spring break starts in a couple weeks! Can't wait to be able to feel relaxed every day. (:
