Somehow being careful of what I put into my body is considered orthorexic, because I buy organic as much as possible and am picky about where my meat is sourced from. I'm becoming passionate about health and what is REALLY in our food and people find it annoying.
However, years of binge eating followed by extensive fasting and over-doing any kind of exercise to "burn calories" was perfectly OK and "normal", as was stocking up on low fat shit that even my dog wouldn't touch.
I rarely bring it up.
