it's walking around with weights in your hands
    beautiful
    yeah you are

I mean there's so many ants in my eyes! And there are so many TVs, microwaves, radios... I think, I can't, I'm not 100% sure what we have here in stock.. I don't know because I can't see anything! Our prices, I hope, aren't too low!

What bloodorchid said. Use kettlebells or dumbbells to start. One in each hand, don't rest it on your hips, walk around. Then upgrade to buckets or bottles of water/sand, to add challenge for your stabilizers.

Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.

You got it! Although for me, most times it's a "wanna-be farmers stumble and cuss".

Just wanted to chime in and say that farmer's walks are one of my favorite exercises. Great for overall stability and an awesome conditioning tool as well!

Yes, farmers walks are awesome! You can use kettle bells, plates with or without handles, without the handles you can "pinch" grip the plates.
