Whole pork neck
Sitting in my fridge at home I have a 2kg pork neck.
Any ideas on how it should be cooked would be appreciated.

Roast until brown, then cover with water, seasonings, and simmer until the meat falls off the bone is what I'd do.

This is a fillet no bones. but that sounds delicious. Would it dry out though without the bones?

Neck is fatty so it won't dry out. Wish I had 2kg of it in my fridge!

Just to update I sliced most of it into inch thick steaks and marinated it in lemon, olive oil sage and garlic and then cooked it on the char grill mmnnn delicious
The rest of it I sliced into stir fry meat (yep it was a little fatty but still yum) and made a spicy nut butter and coconut cream sauce (pretend satay) with cauliflower rice and loads of veggies.
