I've noticed that I pretty naturally fall into a Leangains-style lifestyle without ever trying or counting anything (Leangains Lite?). Workout days I tend to eat a bit less fat and have some more fruit, the occasional sweet potato, etc. For the most part, though, I'm pretty high protein/high fat/low carb; it's just how I operate well.
This morning I had a really heavy lifting day and then stopped by Sprouts to grab a couple of things on the way home. So far today I've eaten a huge sweet potato, 5 bananas, a pile of green leafies, and the usual large amount of meat (with a couple of eggs), and 2 slices of bacon, for flavor. And some raw milk cheese.
Carb refeed, anyone?
Anyway, no real point to this post, other than to say that I maybe have 2 bananas in a typical month and ate 5 today alone. Should be fun.
As a side note, I look like I've added 10 pounds of muscle today. Abs are slightly less defined than normal, but I look jacked.
