For Those of You Who Complain You Don't Have Time For Breakfast

    Primal Fuel
Saw this blog post and made me think of the occasional post we got on here where someone says they don't know what to do about breakfast, because they don't have time or whatever. The following food suggestions may not be primal, but the concepts are smart!

I have plenty of time for it.

I CHOOSE to IF right through it of my own volition.

I was fasting before I even switched to primal. I didn't realize it was an "advanced technique."

Just ask all those notoriously SAD high school-aged folks who skip breakfast willfully.

Her Royal Highness Princess Cranky Stinky Pants the Second is well... I think. Has her 2 month check up on the 12th. She's still a little chunk, always wants to nurse. Some days are better than others. I've slowly been getting back to exercising, but it's hard cuz my thyroid is super jacked up and I want to sleep all the time (even sleep doesn't help. Often I feel worse after. Doc & I are working on adjusting meds). It doesn't make sense cuz she sleeps 10 hours straight at night and I'm getting a solid 8 for sure.
Went for a walk the other day with Annee in her sling. I think she really enjoyed it. She got mad if I paused and was very smiley and gurgly when we finally came back in an hour later.

    Thanks for asking, Uncle Soccer!

And Drum, IF was an advanced concept to me when I switched over to Primal. Prior to that, I only fasted once a month on Sunday for religious reasons and it was torture.

I'm not saying fasting is "easy" or even "right" for everyone. Don't think that.

I just don't think of it as "advanced" like it lot of individuals do I suppose...

Coming fom my old high school and college days were I'd hear folks boasting all the time that they haven't had breakfast in forever...

I always make time for breakfast. To me it's just part of my routine and I don't even think of leaving my house without eating a meal unless I'm not hungry. Mind you I only usually have to prepare food for myself.

Awesome. . .i mean, all things considered.

A good nurser is a great blessing. if you both can sleep and she can be on the boob, and someone else manages the pants, all the better.
