    I'm a 20 year old Woman and I eat like a beast on occasion as well lol. I think our bodies just cycle once in awhile and if you're listening to your TRUE hunger signals you can't go wrong. Fuel the machine.

    Just reading that made me hungry! Are you skipping breakfast (just coffee)? If I skip breakfast I spend the rest of the day playing catch up and eat everything in sight. I have to eat the BAB.

    I have black hole days and uh, whatever the opposite of that is. White hole? Full hole? No hole? Anyway, I'm enjoying not being such a dang bottomless pit lately.

    Ha, I was kind of thinking that sounds about average for an active man! 3000-4000 calories or so and low-carb. Yeah. That's not an insane amount for a male, especially because it's not every day and averages out to far less over days and weeks.
