    Beer (most beers) is made from grains. You probably already know that, but just pointing it out anyway. When you're consuming beer, you're consuming grains. Grains = carbs = sugar in the blood stream = insulin spikes = health problems...

    Holes:

    Snacks - mixed salted nuts, biltong (South African-style beef jerky, seasoned with coriander, salt, pepper. fat on)
    Drink - ... A few beers or glasses of wine a couple of times a week.
    Eat bigger meals so you're not hungry in between. DON'T snack to stave off hunger. If you're truly hungry, have a meal.

    I had the skipping heartbeat before I started primal. Since going primal for 8 months now I only noticed it once. I did start magnesium supplementing when going primal .
