    I tried searching to topic, but didnt find what I wanted. I just wanted to know what was the average calorie count for you males, that are working out by walking 2-3 times a week, 2X short intense workouts, and a sprint day. I know we are not calorie counters here, but i just am curious on what some of you eat in a day.

    It depends on your daily non-workout activity and type of job. It also depends on your goals ie weight loss, maintenance, muscle building. There are tons of websites out there to help you figure that out but if you just eat primally with lots of meats, fats and non-starchy veggies, your appetite should figure out amounts.

    It depends on lots of things, including your age, weight, height, body fat %, etc.

    Google "BMR calculator" and use one of the tools online to find out your own BMR. Make sure it's one that takes daily activity into account. The resulting number will be what your body burns in a normal day, not including exercise. That's the number of Calories you'd need to consume in order to maintain your weight.
