Eggs, beef jerky, fruit...?
Get yourself a good set of plastic containers and maybe you could carry other food as well.
Lentil & Smoked Bacon - New Covent Garden Soup
What do you think of this as a snack / light meal?
I dont eat enough variety especially vegetables, my diet is 80% steak and bacon.

Yeah I am gonna try some jerky actually but I really need some more vegetables bro![]()
I have 1 bowl of steamed vegetables a day but I hate eating them
Water, red split lentils (7%), plum tomatoes, green lentils (5.5%), smoked bacon (5%), onions, carrots, spinach, celery, wheatflour, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, oak-smoked garlic, thyme, English mustard, black pepper, paprika, ground bay leaf.
if you're trying to eat primal, the bold ingredients are a FAIL.
beef jerky, can of tuna, hardboiled eggs, carrots, bananas, apples, oranges, nuts, primal trail mix, lara bars... I could go on and on... all of these are better primal choices than lentil soup
also, FWIW, I wouldn't consider a soup with somewhere between 5.5 and 7% tomatoes, and wee bits of onions, carrots, spinach celery and herbs as terribly good veggie sources... eat a salad, crunch on some raw veggies (cucumber, bell peppers, celery, carrots, jicima), make some gazpacho, make bruchetta without the bread, or a caprese salad, or... lots of ways to get veggies (and I didn't even start on the COOKED options).
Do you need food on the go or do you need vegetables? I think these 2 birds might not be best killed with 1 stone. Hard boil some eggs for on the go, add some greens to your home-cooked meals.
If you're doing any kind of serious MMA training... a diet of only meat and vegetables is an express train ticket to disaster town. I'd be eating 100 grams of carbs a day minimum, then add 60g for each hour you spend doing serious training. Your going to be cheating yourself out of gains and recovery if you don't. Foods on the go? Why not make a huge stir fry with rice then store it in tupperware? Super easy and simple. or fruit with greek yogurt maybe. Vegetables on the go is kind of tough with out them sucking... so i'd only worry about getting your greens when you actually have time to prep em at home.
