    Very interesting scientific study shows much more fatloss from resting energy expenditure and respiratory ratio in non-dieting individuals from high intensity interval resitance training.

    Seem like "Doggcrapp" and similar training protocolls are the most effective for losing fat:

    Interesting. Thanks for sharing. Sounds like a few forced reps at what would normally be the end of a set can be beneficial.
