I don't like to snack because I will eat too much. I'm doing pretty well foodwise but have to wait for weight to start dropping. And I hate exercise so am going to work more on that when I don't feel as tired. Thanks for the input.
Some advice I got from many of the long time members here: "Read Mark's book = the Primal Blueprint".
And make sure you are getting enough sleep (it's one of the many issues I am working on for myself).
