It's not so much giving up vices as it is changing what your vices are. My vices now are dark chocolate and wine, with the occasional gluten-free baked good. But since you get bad reactions from dairy and from PB, then it'll be much easier to just give them up because you'll know you'll feel crappy when you indulge.
Try replacing the PB and Dairy with organic 90% Dark chocolate (or as close as you can get). Two pieces of that isn't nearly as many calories of nut butters and dairy and it's self limiting because it's rich.
Also, just take your dairy and PB out of your kitchen. Don't bring them anywhere near you..it cuts out temptation![]()
