Well, I am one week in and it was a rough week. Not so much for cravings but more for other reasons. A few days in I was nauseated by food. I think that related directly to the massive fever that hit me Friday. Ugh.
But, all in all it was a good week. So, I decided to weigh in and re-do my measuring...
I started at 261.5lbs
I am now 255.25 lbs
I have lost 10.5 inch. Every area lost except my belly and hips. Hips stayed the same. Belly (oddly) gained 1 inch but that could have been a change in measuring. I'm not sweating it right now. My clothes are not tighter in that area, so why worry, right?
