Early satiety could indicate poor stomach emptying ability. It might be worth checking into if you haven't already.

Sorry, eating like this only reduced body fat while adding lean muscle. I can't help you. I'm down 45 pounds and a pleasant longevity-driven 18% body fat, you'll have to ask someone else.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

Nuts eat themselves while you are doing other things, most people can easily cane a huge bag of macadamias or almonds just picking.
Smoothies can be very calorie dense, bannanas, cream, honey, ground almounds etc etc, drinking calories is never as saiting as eating them.
After than try making a sandwich with 85% coco dark chocolate for the bread and almond butter for the filling. NOM
