    Sup tike! Glad to see a new face around. Not to mention that you seem to really be into the new lifestyle already. Loving the attitude and it's awesome to see you noticing changes already! I'll be subscribing to your thread and keeping tabs on you!

    Ecks man!! Thanks for stopping by dude, if it weren't for you I would not even be posting. It's been a tough month and a half, but I like the way I am feeling alot better. Thanks for keeping taps on me.

    Thank you double "M", for the congrats, it has been a very long time since the "hunt" has not consume my waking thoughts.

    Fellow cave dwellers, I hope you don't mind if I light the ceremonial fire early this morning, but I just had to share. I just completed my first ever 19 hour IF, Awww! to the Yeah!!! 12:30 pm afternoon yesterday to 7:40 am this morning. But, wait there's more, I completed my first exercise session fasted!!! Awww to the double Yeah!!! Wasn't even hungry when done. That's right I hunted the feared Hungrasaury Rex, wrestled it to the ground with my bear cave hands and drove the spear of work-out through it's quivering heart! (Insert Tarzan yell here!) I am here waiting around the fire to hear the rest of my fellows triumphs or to encourage those who were mauled by the Grain-raptor or Sugar-tooth tiger.
