My wife and I recently took a skiing trip to Winter Park Colorado. I am only 4 weeks into eating Primal and things are going great. While hitting a local bar in the nearby town of Fraser. I noticed that their menu included a "Paleo Plate". I laughed and just had to take a picture:



Btw, I loved the whole area around Winter Park. You can tell the people that live there insist on a more healthly lifestyle. So many of the bars and restaurants offered similar deals. All the tables were served with big pitchers of water to start out and steamed mixed veggies were the norm rather than the exception with every meal. I so wish I could move to the area.
