    I am trying out "carb cycling" and after a terrible carb-up day yesterday full of junk I decided to start a daily journal on here to keep myself accountable and have cleaner carb days.

    So today:

    1 bag of pork rinds

    3 chicken breasts

    1/2 cup peanuts

    1 tbs coconut oil

    1840 cals-54%F/43%P/2%C
