I've been eating Paleo by following this site (maybe not closely enough so apologies if I've missed a thread that answers this) for about 5 months. However I don't cook and therefore find my eating has become very stereotyped... breakfast is usually the same - big bowl of garden salad, poached eggs, smoked salmon, sesame seeds, chia seeds, flaxseed oil, walnuts. Lunch is either tuna salad or chicken breasts with veges. Dinners vary more - grilled fish with veges, lamb roast with veges, chicken breasts with veges.

I would love to see a complete typical week of Mark's food diary to get a feel for what else I might be able to do to introduce some more variety into my diet.
