On days, I'm strapped for time or have no enthusiasm to cook, can I just eat enough butter/coconut oil + a vitamin supplement? Calorically speaking, that would suffice, won't it?
Hahaha, frivolous question indeed! I keep mixed nuts and hard boiled eggs for those days too. And almond butter...though I have some of that every day anyway
