Oh my gosh! I am so thirsty. Is this normal?
I woke up this morning and couldn't quite quench my thirst, but as the day has progressed I have gotten thirstier and thirstier. Has anyone else had this issue?
PB for 15 days
-1 large glass coconut water (post workout)
-Chocolate coconut smoothie (1/2 can coconut milk, 1 scoop of unflavoured/unsweeted whey, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp maple syrup)
-green salad with (lemon and EVOO), balsalmic-glazed chicken drumsticks
-beef stir fry (beef, assorted bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlic) sauteed in CO/butter
-4 oz of milk
HIIT - warm/up, 6 x 15 second sprints, cool/down
I am not diabetic, nor have I ever been diagnosed pre-diabetic, but I did do my blood-sugar, after dinner, just to be certain. It is 6.7 mmol/L or 120 mg/dL, which post-meal is normal.
So has anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned? Thanks.
