I'm at my goal weight..what now?

Well near on four months of primal has me 30lbs lighter and feeling great.

Not quite sure whats going to happen now. I'm always going to be primal, but weight loss is not a concern anymore as I don't have any to lose.

How do others adjust to maintaining instead of losing?

Now you get to move up a level in the Primal cult. Did you shave your head and buy a white bathrobe?

I cannot comment from experience. In fact I have been focusing on gaining weight more than anything else since I went Primal. But working on building muscle could be a new goal.

I'v been training for years on an off. I'v given up with weights and just do body weight stuff now as I find heavy weights just have me hurting things more and more as I get older. I'm carying a decent amount of muscle so don't look overly skinny. Working on my core is one thing I really enjoy and I'v also started with Yoga to get more flexible. Its all good but do wonder if I will lose more weight..I don't really want to unless I can replace it with lean muscle.

I lost 30lbs quite quickly last year and reached my goal weight. I too was nervous about "wasting away". My experience however is that my body found a natural weight for itself and I have maintained that weight for a year.

Congrats on the weight loss, now you get to enjoy all the energy that comes from this lifestyle.

Thanks and well done to you too. I feel OK about it really I just look so different in the mirror, sometimes I have to do a double take
