    Gwumpy Gwamma

Very interesting experimentation going on in Gwammas house at present.
I have tried the oil shots, high protein ratio, high fat ratio, low carb ratio- you name it Gwamma has given it a go.................
Initially this lifestyle was about me getting well - after three years of illness, so that has been dealt with (unless I eat grains or sugar or processed food)......................
But now it is time to lose this extra weight - cos it just hasn't been happening (well initially I lost, but still about 20kg to go)..............
............so about christmas time Gwamma went HFLC - and felt great initially. I couldn't believe how many carbs I could still eat - under 20gms. About a fortnight in Gwamma got really gwumpy............................ so long story short one week ago I upped my carbs from 5-20 gms per day to 45-55 gms per day.
Only a week in but I cannot believe how I has changed from gwumpy Gwamma to gorgeous grand Gwamma!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - and losing weight !!!!!!

So I might just continue for a bit and see where this takes me !!!!!!

Keep it up Gwamma. I would suggest continuing to up the carbs gradually as you continue to experience good things. 5-20 is way too low, and 45-55 is still really low.

Make a banana and date shake for a trip to paradise.

Thanx Derp. I think my brain might need a bit of sugar in its natural form. So I am sort of going with the cravings for now.
I love these self experiments !!!!!!!!

Spanking a couple of grown men isn't propably something that this old Gwamma should do - but I will if you two start arguing !!!!!!!!

Go for it. It's probably a good workout for you, and in all likelihood they'll enjoy it
Disclaimer: I eat 'meat and vegetables' ala Primal, although I don't agree with the carb curve. I like Perfect Health Diet and WAPF Lactofermentation a lot.
