I found this site through a bicycling blog that I read daily and decided to jump on the primal wagon.
I found this late, so today will not be great
Day 1: Primal Food Intake Today
B: Dirty Chai with 2% milk; Bowl of cascadian farms cinnamon crunch with 2% milk
L: Homemade nachos with black beans, corn, peppers, and shrimp
2. Exercise routine
45 minutes TKD and fitness work
3. Since this is my first day and I found it late, today will not be good food wise, but better late than never.
