half of that should be satured fat.
no more than ten percent should be PUFA.
The rest should be MUFA.
Trans fat = the devil.

It doesn't really work that way. Depends on your goals, your height, weight, sex, activity level. Fats should account for at least 50% of your diet but there's no hard and fast rule as to what that percentage is made up of.
