    Cow Bone Soup!

As we all know paleolithic man cracked open bones and sucked the marrow out.

It may not be super available to everyone in the states. But as an American living in Seoul I slurp down a lot of cow bone soup (sagolguk) weekly. It is a thin milky soup usually served with some chopped scallions floating on top. Seriously cave man.

Google "sagolguk", takes a couple days of boiling beef bones so probably best to make a bunch and then freeze it in baggies.

Indeed, bone broth it is! I'd never had such a thing in the US but have been slurping it down over here...
