I agree it sounds crazy but as I sit here staring at our wood stove flames I was wondering if it is ever possible to obtain any D from firelight? I'm trying to google around and haven't come up with much yet. I always feel better and energized after doing a round of yoga in front of my woodstove....but is it the yoga or the fire or both?!

No. It's the UV-B in sunlight that makes your body create Vitamin D3. Fire doesn't make UV rays.
