Someone posted this on FB yesterday and I was glued to it this morning. Fascinating stuff. I am SO THANKFUL my parents refused to get us Lunchables--I was right in the target age range (6) when they came out and I BEGGED for them because all my friends at school had them. My parents basically said over their dead bodies.

Great article thanks. Reinforces my decision to adopt a Paleo/Primal philosophy. "Consumer" instead of "Person" is an attitude that is sickening. Literally.
