Congrats! That sounds like alot of fun....
Just did a GoRuck Challenge, it was a lot of fun. If anyone is in decent shape and wants to push themselves, I would say do it. If you're in really good shape (and used to rucking) it's tough but not "that" hard.
So in 22 miles I; carried 70lbs+, lost 5 lbs, destroyed a pair of shoes (NB Zero), drank 10 liters of water, three bags of jerky, shotgunned two beers, made new friends, peed while walking in public, learned how to "fuck a monkey," sang at the top of my lungs, and exposed plenty of thigh to onlookers.

Dude that looks insanely fun and way challenging. I am stationed in Hawaii and it looks like there are two challenge events scheduled for this year. . . how would you recomend training?
