    No not at all! This stuff has no real "bite" to it. Just a mild taste of garlic. Its actually kinda sweet. When I paired it up with some sharp cheddar cheese it was awesome. It spreads fairly easy too.... so you could put it on about anything.

    I got it right next to the regular garlic. This is the brand I got Whole Black Garlic – 2 Bulbs*|*Black Garlic

    Added to list for "next time I go on a WFoods run." I looked up making it at home, but leaving my oven on at 140 degreesF for 40 days seems not very doable.

    I'd like to try that black fungus that grows on corn also. 2013 - the year I ate everything.

    Haha...thats the first thing I did after trying it (looked up how to make it). I do have a food dehydrator, but the 40 days bit still isn't sitting well with me. Guess this is one ferment I'll just have to buy at the store.
