I have tried yoga and it helped me prevent it, but there are times that it really attacks. I borrowed a massage device from my sister, it is called MDcure. I want to buy one for myself because so far it has been working. Has anyone used this?
I did not find any side effects of it. You can really save time doing other things while letting MDcure massage you at the same time. Also good rest and exercise helps relieve back pain. But if there are no changes or any progress to ease the pain, better ask for medical guidance personally.
