gopintos, I would check them out on google, but off the top of my pointy little head, most unpolluted fish is going to be good for you and be a good source of protein and often various B vitamins. For the O3, not all fish are created equal. Salmon, sardines, grass fed beef (those are 4legged fish), halibut, some types of trout, and mackerel stand out in my synapsis from what I've read, are the good ones for O3. But I may be remembering the ones I know I have access to.
