Ok this may not be the best place to ask this (I am new here) but I recently have been struggling with bicep tendonitis. One of my friends says its due to a lack of nutrition and overuse. I buy the overuse but I am eating really well - I'd say 90% Paleo. I also carbbackload and my friend thinks the whole no breakfast thing is wrong. Lot of misunderstanding there. Anyway, I guess I am wondering if anyone here has had tendonitis issues and how they treated it. I am currently icing and resting (as much as I can). Thanks!
