Is cottage cheese ok to eat under the PB? I've searched and searched the site but I can't find a definitive answer.

I note that Mark states cottage cheese as a recommended snack in the PB book so I'm assuming he approves?

I used to eat porridge for breakfast but I've looking to wane off this in favour of something else that I can quickly grab in the morning.

My idea for breakfast would be cottage cheese with nuts/seeds and berries with a protein shake which I'd look to eat Monday to Friday, then I can have eggs at the weekend when I have more time.
