There need to be more options on there.
[ ] Our parents for feeding bad foods and giving us bad ideas
[ ] Ourselves for eating foods that weren't working for us and not working out enough.
[ ] Grock for ever leaving the African plains.

Would I be putting a grain-feed cow on a fad diet if I took it out of the feedlot and put it on pasture eating the grass nature intended?

lol. If you could sue people for failed diet advice every diet guru and agency would be getting sued by the day.

Class action lawsuits make lawyers rich. Not sure what you would accomplish other than perhaps revenge.

If there was a chance in hell it would make the govt more accountable, it would be worth it. At least one problem I see is proving that the victims always adhered to the govt's recommendations. Or proving that adhering to the govt's recommendations makes people sick - tough because not everyone gets sick using healthy CW.

Maybe the way to go to it would be to find a way to tie the recommendations to the companies that benefited most, but collusion is tough to prove.

Though I would love to see the bastards brought down for what they've done (oh, and "they" suspected bpa would cause issues from day one also), I'll leave it for those with more of a stake in the future than I have.

My activism, small as it is, is to try to give as little money as possible to the companies involved in poisoning our food supply. Every trip to a farmers market or farm, every purchase of nonCAFO or organic food helps.

But heck, if a class action suit is ever put together, email me and I'll sign up.

As for who we might sue, I certainly forgot to add the American heart Association And their associated years of atrocious science

I think Joniet is on the right track. The problem is that the USDA is not "licensed" by anyone and therefore is not a 'recognised expert'. We don't have proof that primal is better than CW. There are many, many doctors and researchers that would disagre with us.
