It depends on what your schedule to look like.
But, here's what I suggest:
Workout fasted in the morning, consuming 10g of BCAAs before your workout (Xtend Scivation watermelon flavor is amazing)
10g of BCAAs with Xtend is 1.5 scoops. Just mix that with some water before the gym and drink it on the way. This prevents your muscles from breaking down when working out fasted.
Workout.
Then, consume another 10g of BCAAs every other hour until noon. This, again, keeps your muscles from breaking down. Coffee and/or tea are great during the fast as well, and will help you focus on getting your work done and keep your mind off the fast.
Eat lunch at 12pm.
Eat another meal at 7pm.
Then fast till the next day.
That's it!
I've been following this schedule for a year now, and although it's not super strict (sometimes I'll eat at 1pm and eat again at 10pm, but who cares), it's very convenient. Food doesn't control me anymore.
It may take a week or two to get used to..but once you figure out what works best for you, there's no going back.
