First I want to start off by saying that I'm 45 years old,soon to be 46!
This is my current fitness routine:
Monday,Wednesday& Friday: 30 minute weight lifting (compound lifts)+ 20 minute HIIT
Tuesday,Thursday& Saturday: 30-45 minute steady state cardio
Plus,I walk my dog fro 30-40 minutes 1-2x a day.
As,you can see I am very active. Please forgive me if this is repetitive...but is this too much?
I'd appreciate any input.
My goal is to gain strength...Thanks in advance!
