    Does anyone eat this stuff? Any insight about health benefits versus beef or other poultry?


    I did some searching and there is a farm near me!


    I plan to use it to "replace" beef in some of my current recipes.

    I've not had emu but I've had ostrich. Amazingly good. It works as well as kangaroo or venison. It's quite lean so you'll need to add fat.

    Ostrich is amazing - melt in the mouth and apparently higher in iron than most/all other red meats. Especially nice done rare in butter

    I imagine emu will be similar?
