Hello All,
I am so happy to find this website since I started a healthier way of life since April 6th
Working out has not been the issue, trying to figure out how many carbs, protein, fats etc was mind boggling. Over the past several weeks I have given up artificial sweetners, nitrates, pre-packaged foods, lowered sodium intake and eat mostly live foods. So far have lost four lbs, feel better but now with all of this information I think the journey will be easier..glad to find others like myself out there...
