    GABA (in supplement)

I am currently taking a Valerian based herbal supplement to help me unwind in night time and I noticed that there are 100 mg of GABA in each cap. Is this fact cause for concern?

Concern? Not at all! GABA is an excellent way to help with relaxation/calming. It's an amino acid.

GABA is one of the most important supps I take. Every night before bed - when in the past I was to forget to take it or ran out, my sleep suffered greatly. I just take GABA by itself. I'll often combine it with L-Theanine and Taurine. Great stuff!

I tried Gaba and niacin and it didn't do anything for me personally.
