    magnesium/Potassium

    Primal Fuel
I take 750 mg of magnesium a day to control nighttime leg cramps. I also take potassium at the same time, about 2 tablets, 99 mg each. How much potassium should I be taking alongside the magnesium?

Don't supplement potassium. Odds are you get too much already, most people do, especially with absence of adequate sodium.

Yes, I do use salt. I'd say I was a medium to heavy "salter". The rest of my diet is eggs, bacon or ham and spinach for breakfast. Lunch is chicken or beef and squash, cabbage or spinach for lunch or chicken salad or tuna salad and the same for dinner plus 1 TBL of unflavored gelatin, twice a day in water.

You need carbs. Add fruit and or tubers to your diet and also a source of calcium. You are most likely deficient in quite a few things, you need to eat a broader spectrum of food.
