How long do opened and blanched shiritaki noodles stay good for? page

I opened a pack about a week ago and did the straining and blanching in boiling water for a bit like you're suppose to and have it a container in the fridge.

i've been using a bit here and there since on salads but can't find any info on how long this lasts after opening.

I've eaten shirataki noodles I've had open in the fridge for a couple weeks.

Yeah, me too. I did not blanch though.
