Although "random", do you notice it happens only when you're sitting certain ways? Only after workouts? Only when standing? In certain shoes?
In what specific circumstances does this happen?

Weight does NOT equal health -- ditch the scale, don't be a slave to it!
I used to have this phenomenon occur all throughout my feet whenever I stood still for too long, but that was when I was 80lbs overweight. After dropping the lbs I only experience it occasionally, and only in my big toe, usually my left. This happens when I wear flip-flow or my invisible shoes (thong style sandal). I think it must either have to do with blood-flow, or pressure on a nerve. The feet are complicated things.
It happens anytime. Barefeet, shoes, sitting standing. Most irritating when it happens while driving! Maybe it's just because Im fat and things are out of whack. Humph.
Are you using any supplements? Possible side-effects?
Nope. I wonder if it's just poor circulation.
The process is simple: Free your mind, and your ass will follow.

I should move more. I work in a bakery 4-5 days a week, so I am constantly moving there 4-5 hours at a time. I find myself walking around the house more as it is WAY too cold to pleasurably walk outside. I also have my daily farm chores which cause me to move and lift/shove heavy things around.

You definitely move around more than the average person, especially in America! I honestly don't think you need to move more unless you really want to and have the capability to do so.
Still sounds like a circulation issue. Look into what kind of shoes you wear. Maybe you need insoles. I'd see a doctor and possibly get referred to a podiatrist.
I get tingling under my toes on occasion because I have hammertoes and I have lots of pressure with my toes always bent/curled no matter what shoe I wear. I have toe-spacers that I wear for 10 minutes a few days per week to straighten them out more and keep them flexible. It's helped immensely.
But, if yours is circulation-related, you may need to see a doctor about it just to be sure.

Have you been tested for diabetes? That sounds like it could be the beginning stages of neuropathy. Nothing to screw around with. Seriously. See a doctor.
