Chocolate Coconut Milk Shake
1 can coconut milk, chilled
1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder (depends how chocolatey you like it)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tsp cinnamon
Blend in a blender. You could also throw in ice. It is super rich and delicious.
I actually freeze canned coconut milk in an ice cube tray and blend it with a bit of water, cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla extract. The most like a milkshake I've made from coconut milk ever!
